Veracity Patrol HD is our Mobile ANPR Ultra HD software interface that allows police officers to interact with the in-car ANPR system using our tablet touchscreen.

The ANPR system captures and reads vehicle number plates whilst driving from up to 4 lanes of traffic at speeds up to 240 km/h (combined speed) with 99.9% accuracy in 4K Ultra HD.

It immediately compares all captured plates in real-time to one or more linked intelligence "hot lists". These can include criminal intelligence data, such as vehicles involved in making off without payment, traffic offences as well as more serious crimes and intelligence about known offenders.

When the system has a positive ID from a hotlist – it flags the matched vehicle to the police officer with both an on-screen and audio alert. The officer then has immediate access to the details of intelligence linked to the vehicle without needing to contact control.

This allows the officer to identify and arrest more offenders and clear up more unsolved crimes faster, to restore public trust and improve road safety by removing public threats and repeat offenders.

Hotlist data is automatically updated live in the background from a back office system so the officer always has the very latest intelligence to hand when an alert is raised.
